If your product arrives damaged, the tub seal seal is broken or tampered with or the goods are not fit for purpose in any other way, simply send us by email a photograph clearly showing that these are our goods and the nature of the damage and/or a clear explanation why you are returning them. We will then check this and send you replacement goods at no extra charge. Once you have received an acknowledgement to your email and we have confirmed we are sending you a replacement then dispose of the goods. Do not use goods that are damaged or unfit for purpose as these can represent a health risk. NEVER USE PRODUCTS THAT ARRIVE WITH YOU WITH THE PACKAGING DAMAGED OR THE SEAL BROKEN.
Changing your mind about an order
When you order from Natural Health Marketing all goods are posted or shipped the same day if ordered by 1pm, and the following day if after this, or on Monday if the day is Friday. High strength probiotics are sent by next day Courier service Monday to Thursday if the order is placed by 1pm, the next day if not. Orders may be placed later to be sent later on the same day purely at our discretion. European orders vary according to country.
Our products count as "perishable" goods and we cannot therefore refund or accept returns of the goods after they have been shipped due to deterioration that occurs.. This is in accordance with current EU distance selling regulations.
Therefore, if you change your mind about your order, you must inform us by 4pm the day of shipping as, once shipped we cannot refund the payment on your order. If goods are fit fir purpose and the customer uses the PayPal charge back procedure in an unwarranted manner or not in accordance with this policy we reserve the right to pursue the matter through the relevant |Courts and recover the payment and any costs we incur in the process and/or deny future orders to the customer.
